Video: Two US TV journalists Shot Dead On Air

Two television journalists have been shot and killed in the US state of Virginia while conducting a live television interview.

The incident occurred during a live broadcast about 6:45am (local time) for station WDBJ7 in Bedford County, when shots could be heard, sending the reporter and her source screaming and ducking for cover.
Footage reportedly broadcast live showed the camera being dropped and the station returning to a shocked news anchor.

The station, an affiliate of US broadcaster CBS, said the reporter Alison Parker, 24, and the cameraman, Adam Ward, 27, died in the incident.

Parker and Ward were filming a feature segment for the morning news program at Bridgewater Plaza, a shopping and recreation plaza.
