Photos: Cockroaches Found Living in Man’s Ear

A 19-year-old man discovered he had a family of cockroaches living in his ear canal after complaining of earache.

The teenager, known as Mr Li, had gone to hospital after his ear became itchy and painful. Li found cockroaches in his ear and the little chaps gave birth.

                               
Doctors took a look inside and discovered a female cockroach and 25 babies. They believe the roach had crawled in to Mr Li’s ear several weeks earlier before laying her eggs.

Doctors say if he had not gone to hospital when he did the growing insects would have ‘destroyed’ his ear canal.
