Nicki Minaj may be on tour, but that didn't stop her from taking time to visit one brave eight-year-old who recently became the youngest person to ever receive a double hand transplant.

Minaj visited Zion Harvey and other patients at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia before a show in Camden, New Jersey for her new album The Pinkprint.

The rapper and Zion, from Baltimore, are all smiles as Minaj kneels down next to his wheelchair for the sweet snap.
