His career at Liverpool seems to be nearing its end.

But footballer Mario Balotelli showed little sign of work stress when he headed home to Italy last week for a pre-season party.

The 24-year-old was spotted on a wild night out with friends in Portofino, where he soon caught the attention of some gorgeous girls.

The playful football player, who was granted compassionate leave from his club following the death of his father earlier this month, got close to two stunning ladies as he partied the night away with his friends.

The striker was seen giving one of his admirers a piggy back  before climbing onto the shoulders of his friend so he could have a dance with the brunette beauty.
