Twitter has been set ablaze with swirling rumours that Mzansi's 'IT' girl, Bonang Matheba could be a 'side chick.'

 

The TV and radio personality started trending on the social media platform shortly after her beau and Nigerian superstar, D'banj publicly declared his love for his reported ex-girlfriend, Adama Idimi.

D'banj took to Instagram to wish Adama a happy birthday for today, and in his message, called her "the queen of his heart".

Nigerian media reports that Adama and D'banj have been dating on and off since 2011. The surprise move comes just weeks after Bonang and D'banj stepped out for the first time at the MTV Africa Music Awards. And, let's not forget that really passionate kiss on live television.

Various Nigerian publications are reporting that Adama was left infuriated by the public outing and kiss, and that the Instagram post is believed to be D'banj's way of making it up to her.
